Tools and bots are free to download and use. These applications are actively developed, and real-world feedback helps determine what gets fixed, improved and built next.

Live Trading Note: Some bots include optional API connections for IBKR and MT5 and are capable of executing live trades. No broker connection is configured by default — you have to enter and configure your own connection details. This makes it easy to download a bot, explore its features and settings, and see how it works before connecting a trading account.

If you choose to connect a broker, proceed with care. The bots include multiple safety controls, overrides and paper-trading features, but always confirm your connection and PAPER/LIVE settings before running a trading bot.

THE HIVE

Shared data.
Better context.

The Hive is an optional shared network database for participating bots. Your bot always runs locally and maintains its own private local database. If you choose to connect to The Hive, your bot can contribute structured trade data to the shared network and, in return, benefit from the growing pool of data contributed by other participating bots. It can scan candidates being identified across the network and compare a current setup with similar historical trades stored in the Hive database.

Build A Trading Bot desktop tools are currently built for Windows 10 and Windows 11. Application data is stored locally unless a feature explicitly lets you choose to share data.

Download

Click Download for Windows on the tool you want. The download is the ready-to-install Windows application.

Run the installer

Open the downloaded EXE file and follow the installation prompts. Once installed, launch Dynamic Options Plotter from your desktop or Start menu.

Windows security message

Windows may display a security or SmartScreen message because Build A Trading Bot is independently distributed. Only continue if you downloaded the installer directly from BuildATradingBot.com.

Launch the tool

Open the application from your Start menu or desktop shortcut. Your local application data remains on your computer.

Connections depend on the tool. Tracker applications use supported broker connections for the information they need. Trading applications such as BEEBOT may place orders only when configured by the user for trading execution.
